Apple & Carrot Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook carrots in boiling water 5 minutes or until tender; drain.
  3. Layer carrots and apples in lge casserole.
  4. Mix flour, brown sugar and nutmeg in small bowl; sprinkle over carrots and apples.
  5. Dot with margarine and add orange juice and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
