Gelato Soda

• 1 pint each raspberry and lemon gelato
• 1 liter bottle Lemon-Lime flavored sparkling water
• Raspberries, for garnish
• Mint

1. Scoop gelato into ice cream soda glasses.
2. Pour soda over gelato.
3. Garnish with berries and mint.
