Buffalo Chicken On Pretzel Bun

  1. Mix First 7 ingredients together in a tight grip container or ziplock bag.
  2. Let chicken marinate at least 3 hours.
  3. Best for 24 hours.
  4. Marinade seasoning to taste.
  5. Add or delete any ingredient.
  6. Mix panko and flour together with seasoning.
  7. This in a long casserole dish/bowl.
  8. Take chicken marinating straight out of buttermilk mix to the breaking crumbs.
  9. Let the just breaded chicken sit for a bit.
  10. Fry in Canola oil - 375AF.
  11. Use my pretzel recipe and split in half for the bun.
  12. Slap on spicy mayo.
  13. Yum!
