Chicken Taos With Rice Recipe

  1. Roll chicken in combined flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brown in butter.
  3. Push chicken to one side and add in the onions; saute/fry till transparent.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice.
  5. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 35 min.
  6. Serve chicken and sauce over beds of fluffy rice.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
