Bar B Q Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Put brisket in heavy duty foil in a pan.
  2. Pour on liquid smoke.
  3. Sprinkle with the seasoned salts.
  4. Cover tightly and chill overnight.
  5. Uncover 7 hrs before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Rewrap in foil.
  8. Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
  9. Uncover and pour Bar-B-Q sauce over top.
  10. Recover and bake 1 additional hour.
  11. Let stand 1/2 hour before slicing.
