Bar B Q Beef Brisket Recipe
- 5 to 7 pound beef brisket
- 2 ounce. liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounce. Bar-B-Q sauce
- Put brisket in heavy duty foil in a pan.
- Pour on liquid smoke.
- Sprinkle with the seasoned salts.
- Cover tightly and chill overnight.
- Uncover 7 hrs before serving.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Rewrap in foil.
- Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
- Uncover and pour Bar-B-Q sauce over top.
- Recover and bake 1 additional hour.
- Let stand 1/2 hour before slicing.
