Double Chocolate Sour Cream Pudding Cake Recipe

  1. Mix 25 pounds pudding cake mix with lowfat sour cream and Large eggs for 2 min at medium speed (third gear on a commercial mixer).
  2. Add in chocolate chips, oil and water.
  3. Beat for 2 min on high (second gear on a commercial mixer).
  4. Scrape bowl.
  5. Weigh 1 lb.
  6. 4 ounce.
  7. of mix for each 7-inch angel food cake pan.
  8. Bake at 360 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
  9. Makes 36 cakes!
