Double Chocolate Sour Cream Pudding Cake Recipe
- 25 lbs. devil's food chocolate pudding cake mix
- 3 lbs. 2 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 8 lbs. 12 ounce. Large eggs
- 1 pound 8 ounce. chocolate chips
- 5 lbs. 12 ounce. cool water
- 5 lbs. 12 ounce. oil
- Mix 25 pounds pudding cake mix with lowfat sour cream and Large eggs for 2 min at medium speed (third gear on a commercial mixer).
- Add in chocolate chips, oil and water.
- Beat for 2 min on high (second gear on a commercial mixer).
- Scrape bowl.
- Weigh 1 lb.
- 4 ounce.
- of mix for each 7-inch angel food cake pan.
- Bake at 360 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
- Makes 36 cakes!
