Salami and Semi-Dried Tomato Flan

  1. Line a 24cm greased flan dish with the pastry and par-bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together eggs and cream.
  3. Add salami, shallots and semi-dried tomatoes.
  4. Pour into a flan dish and sprinkle on grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 180.C for 20 ins or until set and cheese has melted.
