Lots of Mushrooms! Just Microwave!
- 1 pack, about 100 grams Enoki mushrooms
- 50 grams Maitake (oyster) mushrooms
- 2 tsp Ponzu
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 3 grams Bonito flakes
- 1 Green onions, thinly sliced
- Spread the enoki mushrooms out on the bottom of a deep heatproof dish.
- Spread the maitake mushrooms on top, to cover the enoki mushrooms.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 3 minutes.
- Take off the plastic wrap carefully so you don't burn yourself.
- It looks like this.
- Add the ponzu and soy sauce while the mushrooms are still piping hot.
- Top with bonito flakes and green onion and serve.
- Mix well before eating.
