Harvard Cooler

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Calvados
• 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
• 1 1/2 ounces chilled club soda

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Calvados, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, then stir in the club soda.
