Tomatillo Salsa

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Roast the tomatillos and jalapeno until soft and slightly charred, about 10 minutes.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Remove the charred skin from the jalapeno.
  5. Halve the jalapeno lengthwise; remove the seeds.
  6. Chop finely, and set aside.
  7. Chop the tomatillos.
  8. Place them in a bowl, and add the jalapeno, onion, vinegar, and cilantro.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
