Quick Borsch

  1. place vegetable juice and beets in a blender container, cover and blen high speed, 2 seconds.
  2. turn into medium saucepan.
  3. Add bouillon cube.
  4. bring to boiling.
  5. add lemon juice, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. pour into 6 cups.
