Blueberry Syrup Recipe
- 2 c. berries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Mix the cornstarch and water in a sturdy saucepan over low heat till smooth.
- Add in the berries and sugar and cook till thick and transparent.
- Stir in the lemon juice and cold.
- This syrup will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks and makes a lovely blue gift.
