Garlic Parmesan Wings
- Oil, For Frying
- 12 whole Nude Chicken Wings (thawed And Patted Dry)
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese (not Fresh)
- 1.
- Heat your deep fryer to 375 degrees F (use good clean oil).
- 2.
- Add your nude wings and cook for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- 3.
- In a small glass bowl, melt butter in the microwave.
- 4.
- Whisk into butter the garlic salt, onion powder and pepper and set aside.
- 5.
- Place hot fried wings in the garlic mixture bowl, toss until coated.
- 6.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
