Very Vanilla Cheesecake

  1. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, tofu, sugar replacement, vanilla-flavored liqueur, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in egg whites.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake at 225 degrees F for 1 hour and 20 min or until the center no longer looks wet or shiny.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the inside edge of the pan.
  7. Turn the oven off; return the cake to the oven for an additional 2 hour.
  8. Chill, uncovered, overnight.
