Tinklee's Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

• 8 oz sour cream
• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 2 cup whipping cream or half & half
• 4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 lb crumbled up crispy bacon
• 2 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 1/2 lb frozen hashbrowns
• 1/4 cup corn flakes

1. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, whipping cream, and shredded cheese
2. Then mix in butter, bacon crumbs, onion powder, black pepper
3. Mix in hashbrowns, then spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish, and sprinkle with the crushed up corn flakes
4. Bake in the oven at 400F for 30-40 mins
