Tinklee's Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 cup whipping cream or half & half
- 4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 lb crumbled up crispy bacon
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 lb frozen hashbrowns
- 1/4 cup corn flakes
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, whipping cream, and shredded cheese
- Then mix in butter, bacon crumbs, onion powder, black pepper
- Mix in hashbrowns, then spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish, and sprinkle with the crushed up corn flakes
- Bake in the oven at 400F for 30-40 mins
