New Potatoes and Pork Belly Simmered with Gochujang

  1. Wash the new potatoes well, and cut in half with the skins on.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the pork belly into 3 cm wide pieces.
  4. Stir fry the pork belly and potatoes in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. When the potatoes are browned, add the ingredients and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
