New Potatoes and Pork Belly Simmered with Gochujang
- 6 to 7 New potatoes
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 dash under 400 ml Water
- Wash the new potatoes well, and cut in half with the skins on.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Cut the pork belly into 3 cm wide pieces.
- Stir fry the pork belly and potatoes in a frying pan over medium heat.
- When the potatoes are browned, add the ingredients and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
