Scalloped Hash Browns & Ham Recipe
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. ham, cubed
- 6 hash brown patties, thawed & crumbled
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine soup, mustard, lowfat sour cream, onion and pepper.
- Mix in ham and potatoes.
- Pour into a greased, 2-qt casserole or possibly pan.
- Bake for 45 to 50 min.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
