Bourbon butter basting
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar ( firm packed)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup bourbon
- Melt butter in medium pan over medium heat, add cider,sugar, lemon juice, S&P
- Increase heat to high, bring to boil until slightly thick (aprox 5 mins)
