Houmous With Vegetable Crudites

  1. Place the chickpeas in a food processor and blend until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until fairly smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill until needed.
  4. To serve, place the houmous bowl in the centre of a large platter and surround with the crudites of your choice.
