Saga Wagyu Tortilla

  1. Combine ingredients for the spicy mayo.
  2. For the beef, chop the tenderloin as fine as possible.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of spicy mayo to taste.
  5. Divide this mixture into quarters.
  6. Mold it into a tortilla and garnish with tomato, a few slices of jalapeno, red onion, mango, pear, caviar, mascaporne, and cilantro.
