Ice Cream Blocks

  1. Line two 13x9-inch pans with foil; lightly spray foil with cooking spray.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Microwave butter in 4-qt.
  4. microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
  5. or until melted.
  6. Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
  7. Microwave 1-1/2 min.
  8. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
  9. Add cereal; mix well.
  10. Press half of the cereal mixture firmly and evenly into each prepared pan.
  11. Cool 15 min.
  12. Cut mixture in each pan into 16 rectangles, about 3x2-inches each.
  13. Spread one rectangle with 1/4 cup of the ice cream; top with second rectangle to make sandwich.
  14. Coat edges with decorations as desired.
  15. Repeat to make a total of 16 sandwiches.
  16. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  17. Remove from freezer about 10 min.
  18. before serving to soften slightly.
