Plum Sweet & Sour Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat pineapple with syrup, sugar, 1 c. water, vinegar and soy sauce to boiling.
  2. Mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp.
  3. cool water, stir into pineapple mix.
  4. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  5. Cold to room temperature, stir in plum jam.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Makes 6 c..
  8. Serve with egg rolls and wontons.
