Brekkie quiche

• 1 can spam
• 1 1/2 cup cheese
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 pinch salt pepper
• 10 eggs
• 1 spray oil
• 1 can corn

1. Whisk egg add additional ingredient's - oil muffin tins - put oven on 180c Bake for 14 mins
