Great Guacamole Dip Recipe

• 3 ripe avocados
• 1 tbsp. chili pwdr, or possibly my way is to fill the cap on the bottle
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Finely diced onion, amount varies with my mood
• Lemon, just a squeeze
• 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1. Mash avocados.
2. Add in onion, salt and chili pwdr.
3. Fold in mayonnaise.
4. If it is not sufficient to make a smooth mix, add in a little more.
5. Squeeze a little lemon over the mix and stir in.
6. Chill till cold.
