Lard Na Made from Wonton wrapper

  1. Boil hot water in medium pot with tablespoon of canola oil
  2. Cook for about 10-12 min.
  3. Do the pinch and taste test to make sure it's cooked completely
  4. remove from heat and strain, run cold water to stop the cooking
  5. heat a wok or large pan, add oil, pinch of garlic and pinch of ginger
  6. Add noodles & crab, 1tbs of Maggi's soy sauce
  7. let the noodles fry until a little dark brown color.
  8. Stir, remove from heat immediately and add to your serving plates
  9. heat wok on medium high, Add canola oil, pinch of garlic and ginger
  10. Add all veggies except for the mushrooms
  11. Add 2 cups chicken broth, 2 tbs Maggie's soy sauce, 1 tbs sweet soy sauce.
  12. stir
  13. in a separate bowl, mix 2 tbs corn starch and chicken broth
  14. Add chicken broth and corn starch mix
  15. let sauce thicken.
  16. Pour over noodles once it's a nice thick consistency like gravy.
  17. Add siracha if u like a little kick
