Sexy Beef Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients except barley and peas in a large crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
  3. During the last 1-2 hours of cooking, add the barley and peas; continue to cook until barley is tender.
  4. Serve with a splash of balsamic vinegar for a little kick.
  5. Enjoy with a sexy glass of red wine.
