Cousin Nancy's Rum Balls
- 3 cups finely crushed vanilla, wavers
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 14 cup light corn syrup
- 12 cup rum or 12 cup Bourbon
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch balls; roll balls in sugar.
- Store in tightly covered container for at least three days before serving.
- This allows flavors to mellow.
- Keeps up to two weeks in the container.
