Blackened Salmon with Avocado Salsa

  2. Add oil into a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Combine the spices in a small bowl.
  4. Rub spices into the salmon fillets.
  5. Once oil is hot, add salmon into the pan skin side up.
  6. Cook for 4 minutes then flip onto the skin side and cook for another 4 minutes.
  7. Put salmon onto plates.

  9. While salmon is cooking, make salsa.
  10. Mix together the salsa ingredients in a small bowl.
  11. Serve on top of each fillet.
  12. Enjoy!
