Blackened Salmon with Avocado Salsa
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole (8 Oz. Size) Coho Salmon Fillets
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
- 1- 1/2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1/4 whole Red Onion, Minced
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Chopped

- Add oil into a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Combine the spices in a small bowl.
- Rub spices into the salmon fillets.
- Once oil is hot, add salmon into the pan skin side up.
- Cook for 4 minutes then flip onto the skin side and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Put salmon onto plates.

- While salmon is cooking, make salsa.
- Mix together the salsa ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve on top of each fillet.
