Baked Kale Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees .
  2. Make sure the kale is thoroughly dry then toss it with the olive oil in a large bowl, and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on two large baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.
  5. Place the baking sheet on a rack to cool.
