Baked Kale Chips
- 1 bunch of kale, rinsed and dried, ribs and stems removed, leaves torn into large pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees .
- Make sure the kale is thoroughly dry then toss it with the olive oil in a large bowl, and sprinkle with salt.
- Arrange the leaves in a single layer on two large baking sheets.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.
- Place the baking sheet on a rack to cool.
