20 Minute One Pan Meal
- 20 oz of pre cooked turkey breast. Slice then cut into small cubes
- 1 1/2 cup cous cous
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp each of , onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt
- In large deep side skillet stat melting butter over medium heat.
- Place cubed cooked turkey into butter.
- Cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add in seasonings and stir.
- Place in pan peas and carrots, cous cous, shredded cheese then hottest water possible from tap.
- Stir, cover and shut off heat.
- After 5 minutes just fluff up with a spoon and serve.
- Add a touch of parmesan cheese on top of each serving if you wish.
