Oven Baked Vegetable Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces
  3. Saute veggies (minus tomatoes) with butter; start with broccoli, and asparagus, then bell peppers, then mushrooms and onions
  4. In a bowl, scramble eggs and milk
  5. Add cheese to bowl
  6. Add vegetables to bowl and stir
  7. Pour egg mix into greased 9 qt casserole dish
  8. Bake for 30-45 minutes use a knife to check when it comes out clean, let cool for 3 minutes
