Sour Cream Enchiladas

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Add onion and green pepper; continue cooking until onion and pepper are soft.
  3. Add salt and pepper, picante sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce and ripe olives.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
