Creamy Mushroom Stuffed Chops Recipe

  1. Cut pockets in pork chops.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chops in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  4. Cook, covered with clear plastic wrap at medium high for 10 min, giving dish 1/2 turn once.
  5. Drain.
  6. Meanwhile, combine mushrooms mix (cheese, parsley and sage in small bowl).
  7. Stuff pork chops with mix.
  8. In same bowl, combine mushroom soup and wine; pour over chops.
  9. Cook, covered at medium high for 11 min or possibly till pork is done, giving dish half a turn and spooning sauce over once.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
