Easy Cherry Jubilee Recipe
- 1 can cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 14 ounce. can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat cream cheese till fluffy, add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk and blend.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Spoon cream cheese mix into boughten or possibly cooled graham cracker crust.
- Cold and spoon pie filling around edges or possibly on top.
- Also good served without pie filling.
