Rachel's Chicken Nuggets

  1. Cut chicken into nugget-size bites and put in a medium bowl.
  2. Add salad dressing and let it marinate about 15 minutes.
  3. Add flour until chicken is completely coated.
  4. Fry nuggets in a skillet with a small amount of canola oil, about 4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with rice, peas and carrots, and a salad.
