Short and Easy Five Ingredients Soybeans
- 140 grams Boiled soy beans (canned)
- 120 grams Konnyaku (preboiled)
- 1/2 about 60 grams Carrot
- 30 grams Dried shiitake mushrooms
- 30 grams Green beans
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 100 ml The leftover water from soaking the dried shiitake
- Ingredients
- Add 1 tablespoon (not in ingredient list) of sugar to 200ml of hot water and soak the dried shiitake mushroom.
- This will soften the mushrooms quickly.
- Dice all the ingredients roughly the same size as the soy beans.
- Mix all the ingredients in a pot.
- Add the ingredients from step 3 in the pot and heat.
- Cover with a lid and turn up to high heat until it starts to boil.
- Once it boils, turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and boil down.
