Short and Easy Five Ingredients Soybeans

  2. Add 1 tablespoon (not in ingredient list) of sugar to 200ml of hot water and soak the dried shiitake mushroom.
  3. This will soften the mushrooms quickly.
  4. Dice all the ingredients roughly the same size as the soy beans.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in a pot.
  6. Add the ingredients from step 3 in the pot and heat.
  7. Cover with a lid and turn up to high heat until it starts to boil.
  8. Once it boils, turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and boil down.
  10. Bon Appetit!
