Warm Vegetable Salad With Cheese Mayonnaise
- 1 as much (to taste) Vegetables of your choice (asparagus, green beans, etc.)
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 1 Potato
- 1 the same quantity as the potato Carrot
- 1 slice Sliced cheese
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Make the vegetables ready.
- Cube the potatoes, soak in water and then microwave.
- Cut the carrots up small, sprinkle with water and microwave.
- I used leftover broccoli, so just cut it up and warm it up briefly in the microwave.
- Put the cheese and milk in a bowl and heat for about a minute in the microwave.
- When the cheese melts, mix it up, add the mayonnaise, and mix some more.
- Put the cooked vegetables in the bowl with the sauce and mix well.
- Taste, and add salt and pepper if needed.
