Pork Tenderloin With Raspberry Sauce Supreme Recipe

  1. Press each pork tenderloin slice to 1 inch thickness.
  2. Lightly sprinkle both sides of each slice with cayenne pepper.
  3. Heat butter in large, heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add in pork slices; cook 3 to 4 min on each side.
  5. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in small saucepan; simmer over low heat about 3 min, stirring occasionally.
  6. Keep hot.
  7. Place cooked pork slices on hot serving plate.
  8. Spoon sauce over; top each pork slice with a kiwi slice.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
