Homemade Pickles Fast And Easy

  1. Combine vinegar, 1/2 cup water, sugar and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat, stirring to disolve the salt and sugar.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in a large heatproof bowl.
  4. Pour vinegar mixture over.
  5. Add water to completely cover cucumbers.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Pickles will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
