Baked Catfish with Lime-Cucumber Salsa

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Moisten fish with water.
  3. Add, 1 piece at a time, to FRESH TAKE bag; lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of fish.
  4. (Fish will not be completely coated.)
  5. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except avocados.
  10. Serve fish topped with cucumber mixture and avocados.
