Hedgehog

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
• 2/3 cup caster sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa, sifted
• 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
• 125g sweet biscuits, roughly chopped (approximately 12 biscuits)
• 55g egg, lightly beaten

1. Combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, cocoa and coconut in a large saucepan and stir over a medium heat until butter has melted.
2. Add biscuits and egg then mix thoroughly.
3. Press into a lined tray 18cm x 28 cm.
4. Refrigerate until set.
5. Cut into squares.
