Sausage And Pepper Fettucini Recipe
- 1 pound warm Italian sausage
- 2 med. peppers, minced
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. light cream (add in more cream or possibly lowfat milk if you want it more liquid)
- 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dry marjoram, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 10 ounce. fettucini, cooked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Cook sausage, pepper, onions, and garlic till brown.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in cream, parsley, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
- Boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat for 6-8 min.
- Toss with Parmesan cheese and pour over warm cooked fettucini.
- Toss together and serve.
