Spinach, Peach and Brie Salad
- 200g baby spinach leaves
- 2 yellow nectarines, sliced
- 15 snow peas, blanched
- 125g KRAFT* Brie, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- black pepper, to serve
- Combine spinach leaves, nectarines, snowpeas and cheese wedges.
- Drizzle salad with dressing, and garnish with cracked black pepper.
