Whole Grain Cornbread Recipe

  1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. In another bowl (or possibly blender) mix liquids.
  3. Combine both bowls and stir till just mixed, not overbeaten.
  4. Spread in greased 8 or possibly 9 inch pan and bake for 20 min at 400 degrees.
  5. For crispy crust, pour batter into preheated cast iron skillet and bake.
