Cheesy Green Bean & Mushroom Layered Salad
- 4 cups mixed Italian greens
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 cups halved mushrooms
- 1 small red onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, cooked, drained
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- Layer greens, 1 cup cheese, mushrooms, onions and beans in 3-qt.
- serving bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix dressing and mayo.
- Pour dressing mixture over salad.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; toss lightly.
