Almond-Coconut Graham Break-Aways

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Arrange grahams in single layer in 15x10x1-inch pan.
  3. Bring butter, sugar and extract to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally; cook 1 to 2 min.
  4. or until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  5. Pour over grahams; immediately spread to completely cover grahams.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts.
  7. Bake 6 to 8 min.
  8. or until topping is lightly browned and bubbly.
  9. Top with coconut; bake 2 min.
  10. Cool completely before breaking into squares.
