Chicken Stew

  1. Dice the onion and sweat in a large saucepan on a high heat
  2. Peel and slice the carrots, swede and potatoes
  3. Make the stock according to package instructions
  4. Add the sliced vegetables to the onion and let this cook for a few mins
  5. Add the chicken, flour, stock and water
  6. Leave to simmer on a low heat for 2-3 hours until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are soft
