Apple-Bacon Coleslaw

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 12 teaspoon hot sauce
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 1 (16 ounce) packageshredded coleslaw mix
• 1 large gala apples, peeled and finely diced
• fresh ground pepper
• 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Add coleslaw mix, apple, and ground pepper, tossing to coat.Cover and chill 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
