Cabbage Hamburger Casserole Recipe

• 2 lb grnd round
• 1/2 lrg onion -- minced
• 1/2 x green pepper -- minced
• 16 ounce tomato sauce
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 clv garlic -- chopped
• 1 sm cabbage head -- cubed

1. In large skillet, brown grnd beef; drain.
2. Add in onion, green pepper, and tomato sauce.
3. Add in seasonings.
4. Cut cabbage into cubes; pull apart a little.
5. Add in cabbage.
6. Simmer 10-20 min in covered skillet.
