Turkey Noodle Bake
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked
- 2 12 cups skim milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon chicken flavor instant bouillon
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 2 cups frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine milk, flour and bouillon in saucepan and stir until flour is dissolved and mixture thickens.
- In bowl combine all ingredients except cheese.
- Coat 2-quart baking dish with vegetable spray and spoon mixture into dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
